[bug report] olefile.getproperties not working on WPS Office document.

I tried to parse WPS document file, to get the SummaryInformation, then I found that the olefile.getproperties function is not working correctly.

Unfortunately the sample file cannot be uploaded, since github don't support doc format but it can be provided by e-mail if you need.

I am not sure if olefile works independently with the languages of contents in the document.
