[Request] SepTitle or Space property to display above Foldout instead of inside of it

I'd like to be able to display a SepTitle or Space property above Foldout.

Current behaviour: Foldout has these properties inside it

Desired behaviour: Space or SepTitle to display ABOVE and OUTSIDE of the Foldout.

Does anyone know how this would be possible? Thank you

Foldout is an Editor level attribute

Space is a field level, which will just get attached to a field, so it will always be on the RestDuration, cuz it does not know the Foldout by default.

To solve this you need to extend the Editor level attribute with a new name, like, FoldoutSpace, FoldoutTitle etc, which in this project requires a source-code modification. Detect it, and draw title/space above Foldout.
