Problem
Old flow had a first-class billing portal route. Addon lacks a direct billing portal entrypoint.
Scope
- Add billing portal helper/tag/controller using current payment provider context.
- Redirect authenticated user to portal and back to configured return URL.
Acceptance criteria
- Frontend can open billing portal without custom Stripe boilerplate.
