Add explicit product multi-quantity policy setting

Problem

Old quantity behavior used explicit multi product setting. Addon currently infers quantity behavior from other traits.

Scope

• Add explicit product-level multi-quantity field.
• Enforce field in cart manager quantity logic.

Acceptance criteria

• Non-subscription products can be single-qty or multi-qty independent of shipping flag.
