Feature request: Alternative text and colors for priorities

Can you give the option to change the text and color (and possibly even the icon) for the preset priorities?

I prioritize slightly differently, using a Now/Next/Later system, and would prefer these labels

Priority / NNL

High -> Now (Green)
Med -> Next (blue)
Low -> Later (red)
None -> Inbox or Unfiled (gray)

Actually, issue #60, additional tabs for work states, address my need quite well. Perhaps I would prefer that and this could be tabled.

Would you really use it this much? I personally like how Zest is different from other overcomplicated apps with tens of task states and other labels. Like.. Now it's a todo dump app, not a perfect day planner; I'm sure you could easily adapt your stuff to high/mid/low priority states. No approach will be perfect, and you already can use custom tags. Even if it's just about adding a feature to rename/change color of priorities, this gray thing you described would mess with my unprioritized todos, which is default for new entries, as I assume "no priority" label would now show up next to each task without a priority?
