Upgrade action to node.js 24

Hey everyone,
do you plan to upgrade the action to native node.js 24? Github enforces node 24 with June 2026, so it would be nice if you natively support this.

By using the action right now you get warnings issued like

Warning: Node.js 20 actions are deprecated. The following actions are running on Node.js 20 and may not work as expected: dapr/setup-dapr@8d980918fd43a2765c143ce7f687665b2d46a6b9. Actions will be forced to run with Node.js 24 by default starting June 2nd, 2026. Please check if updated versions of these actions are available that support Node.js 24.
