Create pypi package

Acceptance Criteria

• follow python packages folder structure <package>/src/<package>
• write the automated script from the github package to create pypi (consult with @steveherrin )
• remove all relative paths in the source code (same as Remove all the relative paths constructions #15 )

I'd suggest looking at what we did for scLDM. There is a github action that publishes releases to PyPi using the trusted publisher workflow. Let me know if you need any guidance
