I'm experimenting with a way to increase the robustness of the beater brackets using more off the shelf hardware and less printed plastic. For those with the budget, the printed parts could even be made of metal via PCBWay.
To this end, I found a relatively cheap Gibraltar product), their "Vintage Hoop Clips." $25 to $35 for 6, 2 required for each drum bracket.)

These, coupled with M6 threaded rod, 2 u-bolts, a length of 25mm flat bar and appropriate nuts and washers could make an all metal solenoid bracket for tom and snare beater solenoids. These components have potential for brackets that are more adaptable and adjustable for a wider range of drum brands.
