Black specs

There are specs of black pixels in the borders between different color regions that definitely shouldn't be there, I'm not sure why they are there though.

I believe this is caused by floating point issues when dividing by the step size, causing specific pixel values to be left out of the ranges. And also for pixels of the highest value not being included in the range
