Description of the bug

Take Bulwark Warrior strain. Toggle Encasing Plates on, use Reset Strain. Now unable to rest as base Warrior.

I was base Warrior in every other way, could lunge and fling!

Unsure if it broke anything else, got admin to fix.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

• Encasing Plates should have been toggled off by using Reset Strain.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Playing Warrior caste in normal round on LV-1021.
2. Took Bulwark strain to rip open a hole in a 'plain wood wall'. Toggled 'Encasing Plates' ability on, ripped the wall open.
3. Immediately used Reset Strain without toggling 'Encasing Plates' off.

5. Now back to the base Warrior strain, I was unable to rest. > 'We cannot rest when we are encased in plates!
