Scan removes items added via Jellyfin

We can add other items to the collections via Jellyfin but they are removed the next time a scan is done. Is it possible for you to update the plugin to prevent this happening? Use case: Jellyfin has mixed library type collections which Plex doesn't. So, even though I might have a Plex collection for a group of movies, I won't necessarily have a Plex collection for one TV series that could fit that collection, but that series could go in a Jellyfin collection. Currently the only way around this would be to go Plex and create a lot of unwanted/unnecessary collections just to have them sync to Jellyfin.

Yeah, this is an annoying issue that exists mainly because collections are slightly different concepts on each side. I would be open to a PR that changed the behavior of the collection sync, but its really designed to treat Plex as the source of truth at the moment. This would be a feature enhancement to effectively do a merge of the members in a Jellyfin collection with the members of the collection on the Plex side. The challenge then is that if you remove something from a collection on the Plex side that you added by mistake, it would stick around in Jellyfin unless you manually removed it. I'm inclined to keep it simple.
