FEAT:Implement custom cli for mern stack

### Description
- Currently users have to choose stacks by arrow button. 
- Some users prefer to choose stacks for quick scaffolds. 
- So, implement a cli ```npx celtrix mern-js```, ```npx celtrix mern-ts``` which automatically scaffolds based on language and stack preference. 
- Then ask the pckge mnger prompt and Dependency installation prompt.
