Provide tests of extension pack checking for activation of extension when workspace is empty #150
Description
several extensions can be activated even when the workspace is empty. it would be nice to have a test checking that they are effectively activated.
it was failing in some cases, see camel-tooling/camel-dap-client-vscode#814
I suggested it with extension pack as it seems easier to maintain to provide thetests all here but maybe can be done in each of the VS Code extensions separately
