Biome format is failing

Issue Summary

When i tried to commit changes, the biome lint kept failing in the pre-commit specifying that some paths were provided, but were ignored. because of this the pre commit tests were failing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make changes in code
2. Try to commit these changes

Actual Results

biome lint is failing and it gives out error that some paths were provided but were ignored

Expected Results

biome lint and format should work correctly

Yeah! I also faced this issue just now.
I used --no-verify in the commit just to see the "compare and pull" button.
git commit -m "msg" --no-verify

tried commiting with the latest changes, but still got this error. also, i tried to run the biome lint command, but it got stuck for a long time.
