Problem Installing

I'm trying to download it into my windows So the installer .exe that I am running When I clicked it It creates a temporary file it gives me a loading symbol Nothing happens I have click multiple times I have Run it as an administrator but still it doesnt do anything

A "temp file + spinner then nothing" on Windows usually comes down to one of a few things:

• Antivirus or SmartScreen quietly blocking the installer mid-extract. Try right-click the .exe → Properties → tick "Unblock" at the bottom → run again, or briefly disable your AV.
• An incomplete or corrupted download. Re-download fresh and sanity-check the file size before running.
• It's actually still extracting in the background. Open Task Manager and look for a BrowserOS or installer process — if it's there using CPU, give it a minute.

If none of that moves it, tell me: which Windows version (10/11, and ARM or x64?), which BrowserOS version you downloaded, and whether anything shows in Task Manager when you click. With that I can narrow it down — we'll get you running.
