Add path support for cosmetic/scriptlet filters

This is different from :matches-path. :matches-path is a procedural operator and can be applied only to cosmetic filters, while the new feature works for whatever static extended filtering such as scriptlet filters. OTOH, it works only if an actual network request to the path occured, while :matches-path works for dynamic URL update without actual transition.
