Selecting runners for bottles is a confusing #4291

So as mentioned here, I ran into an issue that was due to an outdated runner.

Reading the documentation, I was confused as to why the other runners weren't available for download in the bottle, and it turns out, you can actually get them from the global settings page. I kinda understand that, since it's a global thing, but I think there should be a mention of that there, so you aren't confused.

Now even that is kinda confusing:

You have soda, which is the first one (and the default? at least it was what I had, I don't remember what I did when I first installed Bottles), that is outdated by 2 years.

You have Caffe, by 4 months, the documentation mentions this as the official launcher.

You have Proton-GE, which actually seems up to date, but bottles doesn't support umu as mentioned here, nonetheless, it can work fine for non-steam games a lot of times (and it seems like one of the only one which resolves the Tunic bug mentioned in the post)?

You have Wine-GE, which has kinda stopped doing releases, and the last one is a year old.

You have Vaniglia, idk the deal with it, but it's also 4 months old.

You have kron4ek-wine, which seems up to date? Idk again the deal with it.

TL;DR This is a confusion, lots of things outdated, other things without proper support (like having umu).
