Handle images that don't enable sshd by default

Followed steps from https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/bootc/getting-started/#_podman_bootc, fails here:

Fedora desktops don't run sshd by default...if you didn't change that, this is currently expected behavior.

We could certainly do some sanity checking for this and give a more useful error...though that gets a bit fraught.

Other options:

• We could try to forcibly enable it (but that gets us into a world of mutating the target system, which I get a bit uncomfortable with)
• We could also switch to getting a remote shell without ssh; there's some prior art for this and it'd make a lot of sense

I'm open minded... I do always find ssh shells for some reason are the most reliable, probably just because they are super battle tested I guess... I never seem to have to reset screens/terminals or anything like that with ssh...

I'll try for now to just enable sshd in the Containerfile, recreate the bootc VM from scratch and see if that works...
