Describe the bug
It prevents you from asking any permanent changes to your game, like enabling mods, changing the colorscheme etc.
If the app is closed, everything will revert to the state as at when you first enabled the mod(translate.py)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable the translate.py plugin and restart
2. Disable any other plugin currently enabled, in the plugin menu(not the plugin manager), or change your colorscheme using the colorscheme.py plugin
3. Restart the game

Expected behavior
You should observe that the plugin that was disabled, remained enabled, and/or the colorscheme reverted to its previous state.

then open the dev console, goto python tab, and copy paste the logs here
