Smart contract logic for calling AI model

Usage of generative AI model on - chain would be most beneficial for smart contract application.

1. Block entropy should integrate cosmwasm logic with custom bindings.
2. Block entropy should create a smart contract that handles request for generation (this will allow smart contract from other chains to call without the need for changing layer 1) (although this will be a tweak by using memo field in IBCTransfer)
