Feature: A system-wide HRIR/HRTF convolution

Description:
A system-wide HRIR/HRTF convolution, similar to HeSuVi on Windows. This feature would allow users to load their own HRIR and apply real-time binaural filtering to all system audio. This would be really useful for someone who has their own HRIR collections. Linux has it via PipeWire, Windows has it via APO. This is a real gap in MacOS.

User flow & interface:

• Add a new “HRTF” module
• Users can load HRIR files
• A simple ON/OFF toggle for convolution

Current timeline for eqMac already has a lot in it therefore this is unlikely to happen any time soon, but if there will be more time or this will gather more interest it may be revisited and considered.

Also if there's a better title for this, do change it. I just took first words to have some sort of title besides the template one
