Portable Deployment for "Reproducible Biology System"

Problem

Different institutions want to deploy their own instance of the "Reproducible Biology System", that is the entire back-end stack which handles simulation requests, and ensure the simulations are reproducible.

Solution

Create various schemes of deployment each for a different use case/environment.

  • Best for small deployments not available for large scale public demand. Easiest to setup, and get off the ground.
