Rapid switch between LabelBOT and selected label

In the image/video annotation tool, if the user enables LabelBOT but then selects a label while LabelBOT is still initializing, LabelBOT is automatically activated again (and the label deselected) when the initialization finishes. Instead, LabelBOT should cancel/ignore the initialization in this case.

The same can happen if the user creates an annotation and then disables LabelBOT while it is computed. When the annotation is created, LabelBOT will be enabled again without user interaction.
