is it possible to use this package to calculate iBAQ values from the output of standalone DIA-NN 2.0+ ?
I guess I should first parse the DIA-NN output with "quantmsio_cli convert-diann" and then feed it to ibaqpy but the steps and inputs needed are a bit confusing.
