testing: remove bera-geth nodes from all test suites

From both kurtosis e2e environments and simulated environments. Some notes:

• 2 attempts were made prior to but simulated tests still remain broken and are tricky to debug (with AI: test(geth): remove bera-geth testing support, standardize on bera-reth #3044, without AI: test(geth): remove bera-geth support in e2e and simulated suites #3049), refer to CI logs to see broken tests
• eth_simulateV1 previously did not work on reth and some simulated tests rely on this. Ensure it works on bera-reth now or re-work those tests to not use this API
• this must be completed before the next EL hardfork. As of now running bera-geth nodes in test suite will still work but due to bera-geth deprecation, once the EL forks (implementation only being in bera-reth), the test suites must only have bera-reth EL nodes
