Vertical asymptote problem

I have been having a repeated problem with aba-quickplot meeting APA standards because I have been unable to get pymatplotlib programmatically render breaks in phases (breaks in phases may be depicted by dotted or solid lines depending on some variables). I can offer a coding bounty if anyone can make the zig-zagging asymptotes programmatically which are necessary to meet APA publication standards.

Opened PR #2 with a reusable Matplotlib helper for APA/JABA-style zig-zag phase breaks.

What it includes:

• phase_breaks.py with draw_phase_breaks(...)
• dotted, solid, dashed, or raw Matplotlib linestyles
• vertical zig-zag separators between phases
• straight-line fallback with zigzag=False
• updates to linephase.py, barphase.py, and loglin.py
