1. I fixed the NOTE:

   checkRd: (-1) ms_simplify.Rd:36: Lost braces
   	36 | \url{https://github.com/mbloch/mapshaper/wiki/Simplification-Tips}{link}
   

   I switched to \href{} instead of \url{}.
