RTX 2060 Max-Q recognized as RTX 2060, crashes on system monitoring, CPU 100% load & HDMI 144Hz capped at 60Hz #118

Description

@khophimdano03-eng

Hi Admin Team,I am writing this issue to report a persistent crash and a few display/CPU anomalies when using the public Frankenstein driver versions on my pc.
System Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Max-QDriver
Version: Tested all public releases from the official website (excluding the registered/Lava-exclusive versions).

Description of the Issues:

1. System Crash & Reboot via Monitoring Tools
Behavior: After clean installing the driver, the GPU is successfully recognized as an "RTX 2060". Everything seems stable initially.
Trigger: The moment I open CPU-Z, HWMonitor (to check temperatures), or click on the Performance tab in Task Manager, the GPU immediately crashes, followed by an automatic Windows reboot.

2. Constant 100% CPU Load (Potential Tensor/Driver conflict)
Behavior: The CPU behaves unusually, staying pinned at 100% full load constantly. It feels like a driver loop or a conflict related to Tensor cores/instructions failing to execute properly under this modded environment.

3. HDMI Refresh Rate Capped at 60Hz
Behavior: When connecting an external 144Hz monitor via the HDMI port, Windows only allows me to select a maximum of 60Hz.
Question: Could this be a limitation of the current driver layout on the HDMI path? Would switching to a DisplayPort (DP) cable bypass this restriction and unlock 144Hz?

What I am looking for:I really want to get this working. Could you please guide me on how to fix these issues? Whether it requires a specific registry tweak, a clean-up method, or an NVFlash adjustment, any guidance would be highly appreciated.Thank you for your amazing work on these drivers!
