`main` passes even though some tests are expected to fail

I expected main branch to fail in this run:

Because some of the problems have broken tests:

• Unordered result should be accepted for 2215. Find the Difference of Two Arrays #59
• Unordered result should be accepted for 1. Two Sum problem #54

But it seems to have passed somehow. Need to figure out why this is happening.

But shouldn't main keep failing for future runs too, as long as the broken problem tests are fixed?
