Add AWS Comprehend PII redaction utility

Summary

• Add an AwsComprehendRedactor utility for redacting PII in prompt strings and chat messages.
• Export the redactor from the AI package.
• Add mocked unit coverage for text redaction, prompt redaction, and endpoint chaining.
• Add a runnable AWS Comprehend redaction example.

Tests

• TypeScript strict compile passed for AwsComprehendRedactor.
• Runtime smoke test passed with a mocked Comprehend client.
• Full repository install/build was not completed locally because dependency installation did not finish in the available time.
