UX Pitfalls: Images are Yuge

In chapter 7 the images are coming out at almost the whole page, on PDF anyway.

It's possible to control image sizes with all sorts of clever options. Most screenshots I just give a width of 500 and pop a align="center" on there, but these seem harder to tame.
