[Feature Request]: Spark support for workflows and projects

What would you like to happen?

I want to be able to pass along a project export (zip file) containing a main workflow (to be specified which) and a number of pipelines, metadata, the works. Then I want it to execute the workflow as a Spark jobs and the subsequence pipelines as separate Spark pipelines.
