Add missing capability to file type (TXT, BAT, CSV, Xml, Python, Shell and Markdown)

I was also thinking of a toolbar on top to allow plugins to hook into that, for example to format JSON/XML/... AI helpers, find/replace, ...
To be clear: a toolbar above every styled text widget.
