Write Logs to ElasticSearch

We have several AirFlow instances in Kubernetes and we would like to write all logs to our ElasticSearch. I have found the following setting in the docs:

# Airflow can store logs remotely in AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage or Elastic Search.

json_fields = asctime, filename, lineno, levelname, message

However, our ES-admin says that we need to also to set an api key, an index, etc.
How do I setup all these parameters in the airflow config?
