Change extensions

So that GH doesnt show the wrong languages (shows up as a scala repository lol)

This is mostly a note to self though

- stupidc programs: `stc` `stu`
- stupidc system definitions: `sys` `sts`
- cant do anything for `.BAS` and `.MAK` tho
