Updated-LRZIP replacement for Old-LRZIP

A branch of LRZIP is currently being maintained and run by a user called "pete4abw". It seems to genuinely be better, faster, and have better compression than the version Keka currently uses, which, according to it's About menu, is from ck-olivias, whose project is last updated in 2022. It would be worth a look, in my opinion. Link to it is here:

Recently tried to update to LRZIP 0.651 with no success. I did looked at that next branch when implementing LRZIP support back in 2020. Will take a look at the repo state.
