Now that projects are using zizmor to secure their workflows, one common security issue is excessive permissions, and fixing it requires knowing the minimum set of permissions required for a particular action.

Historically for ansys/actions, required permissions have only been documented in special cases where an action requires more than the typical default, and this was the logical thing to do. But now, the documentation needs to be improved so that people can always find permissions information easily for every action.
