Ledger device bridge is not supported anymore - Need to switch to webHID

Hello,

The Ledger device bridge is not supported anymore. Wallets should now implement the webHID transport method to allow Ledger HW connections.

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to connect with a Ledger device to Spire wallet

Expected behavior
webHID pop-up should appear and allow the user to establish a connection

Actual behavior
User faces the following error within Ledger Live as the bridge has been sunset
