make custom command to toggle specific config

I would like to create a toggle for exact_highlight_select [0|1], wondering if some had done something similar with Python extension / scripting.

We do have toggle commands for all boolean configs. For example for exact_highlight_select the command that toggles it is: toggleconfig_exact_highlight_select.

Great pointing this out, it is actually hidden from view until the full string toggleconfig is typed!
