fix(deploy-uni-hook): add Alchemy slug for Robinhood Chain (#1243)

The robinhood row had no alchemy column, so hook-deploy.sh ignored ALCHEMY_API_KEY and always ran the mainnet fork-sim and broadcast on the public RPC. robinhood-mainnet is Alchemy's documented Robinhood Chain network (eth_chainId 0x1237 = 4663).
