[Bug] Soundcloud skipping music and muting the volume upon new player connecting #143

Hey dathus. When using soundcloud links specifically, it has a weird error of restarting the media when a new player joins. At the same time, when a new track plays, the volume gets defaulted by 1 for every player connected.
The Lorax on steam also commented:
Hey there! A server I Gm for utilizes playx and when a player joins, it muffles/mutes until you adjust the sound when playing ONLY soundcloud links, do you know why that is the case and how we can take steps to avoid having that happen? Thanks
Probably Garry's mod update introduced this bug with soundcloud, Did some investigating, and didn't found nothing odd going on.
Needs further investigation but since I don't have unique IPV4, My ISP shares my ip with other clients, cannot do further investigations.
This seems to be a new Issue, since those two users, nobody ever said anything about issues with soundcloud.
