Extract the default control panel's template to a new gem #115
Description
In previous version we experienced lots of problems with our complicated assets pipeline. In Rails 5.1 thanks to yarn and webpack integrations we can make it really simple. So we need to extract our template and its assets into a new gem and create only the abstraction on the main gem.
