What to do about repos with no description

In the new site, there are quite a few repos that lack a description so render as: "No description available."

Should we go through and update those (or ask repo owners to do that)?

I'm told not all collaborators have admin rights to do that, but need to verify.

Probably should, yeah. As I can't see the site live yet, this is just pulled from the Github description, yes? E.g., what https://github.com/WICG/container-queries is missing?
