We already have the feature "hasCiConfig" which is more reliable than hasTravisBadge/Link and has CircleCIBadge/Link IMO, since you're not supposed to include the badge in your readme but you're supposed to have a .travis.yml respectively circle.yml file in your root folder.

Yes, I know, but I think if someone includes a badge it could give information about their professionalism, could be a good feature to distinguish DEV from other. Feature selection will tell ;)
