Theme sounds would not save when applied if accessed with a account that isn't "Guest"

Reproduce steps

Needs to be on a account that isn't "Guest"

1. Go to Personalize and click Sounds
2. Choose a different Theme Sound
3. Restart the simulator (in game)
4. The new selected sound theme would reset back to original
