Hyperlinks within a Jupyter Notebook file in Linux

Hi,
I use vs code on my win10 machine and vs codium in MX Linux. I am learning programming, and I use Jupyter Notebook, extenstion .ipynb, on both machine, with syncing via github. For majority of time, I use vs codium

  Same file, this link in win10 [CSS Style](#css-style-for-text-in-jupyter-notebook), vs code, takes me to exact spot.
 In VS Codium, it brings me to random places in the document. 
 
 Bug? Extension conflict?

Edit: after syncing win10 with mx linux, same started happening in win10, now I am lost.
