Cookie Table does not translate

The cookie table in the privacy policy does not translate, likely because the language is only set after the framework has booted causing it to stay on default language no matter the selected language.

This is a confirmed issue that seems to be fixed in a future version (2.0) of the cookie package.

If 2.0 releases we should use closures for the cookie text but until then this is basically frozen imo
