unused_signal field errors

in vhdl_ls.toml file,
the docs show a field called unused_signal under [lint].
however setting this field to anything crashes vhdl_ls

Could you give a bit more context, ideally a minimal reproducible example? Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce the crash with a vhdl_ls.toml file with unused_signal set to any value. Two points though:

• Are you actually experiencing a crash or rather an error notification in your IDE?
• unused_signal is not valid under [lint]. Are you maybe looking for unused instead?
