At the time there are only limited options for ServiceSatus: https://vdvde.github.io/OJP/release/2.0/documentation-tables/ojp.html#group_ojp__ServiceStatusGroup
Example:
If a service is operating stops A, B and C according to the timetable. But during the ride between A and B the operating organisation decide that the service will only go to B. Instead a not scheduled service will replace the transportB to C part of the trip at the time scheduled.
Several Questions to this case (we assume "StopNotServiced" for Stop C for this yuorney is set):
- Should original service get a status change if I a SER is requested for stop B? (Train will arrive, probably delayed)
- Same situation: If a SER is requested for stop C, is there a status change? (train will not reach stop, but it was scheduled for)
- Or should we consider a new status like "PartialCancelled"? This status could be set as soon as it is known that not all stops will be serviced and therefor not all parts of the trip will be operated.
If there is another trip taking over the remaing part of the trip it will get the status "Unplanned" of course.
