This document explicitly states what VATFIX does not provide.

Availability

VATFIX does not guarantee:

• Uptime of any service
• Response time of any endpoint
• Availability of external authorities

External Authorities

VATFIX does not control:

• EU VIES availability
• National registry availability
• Response accuracy of external systems

When external authorities fail, VATFIX reports failure.
VATFIX does not fabricate results.

Legal Compliance

VATFIX does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Regulatory compliance certification
• Audit defense
• Liability coverage

Use of VATFIX does not substitute for professional legal counsel.

Data Retention

VATFIX does not guarantee:

• Long-term storage of evidence
• Backup of evaluation results
• Recovery of historical claims

Implementations provide retention. VATFIX does not mandate it.

Support

VATFIX does not provide:

• Customer support
• Integration assistance
• Bug fix timelines
• Feature requests

Implementations provide support. VATFIX does not.
